You will build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, and develop data models to support profitability analysis. You will collaborate with finance and accounting to translate data into reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive automation and reporting optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, BI, or related field.
• Experience analyzing large financial datasets.
• Familiarity with AI or predictive analytics for finance.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong data extraction, cleaning, and modeling from ERP systems (Workday).
• Experience with variance, trend analysis, KPI analysis, and forecasting.
• Ability to provide data-driven insights for business decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automation and reporting optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large financial and accounting datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and automated reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Perform variance, trend, and predictive analysis on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from financial systems (ERP, Workday) for reporting and analysis.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor financial and operational performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through data-driven insights and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and data optimization.
• Support audit and reporting needs by providing structured data and analytical support.
• Identify opportunities to optimize reporting and decision-making through AI and automation.
