You’ll work with stakeholders across the Enterprise to translate requests into analytics, extract large data sets, and apply statistical methods to measure campaigns and support weekly loyalty tasks.

Ideal candidates have a solid stats background, SQL skills, and a budding ML interest, plus the ability to turn analytics into practical

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in statistics and basic mathematical modeling.
• Intermediate SQL skills, including data manipulation; Python knowledge is an asset.
• Foundational understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analytics into practical strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and innovate loyalty data products with a future-forward lens.
• Enhance understanding of customers with segmentation, algorithms, and ML basics.
• Translate strategic requests into analytical problems across the Enterprise.
