Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a finance professional to lead in-depth financial analysis and model building to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

The role involves partnering with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to translate data into actionable insights and to develop automated dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA designation or candidate status, and at least 3 years of

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation or active CPA candidate preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Workday experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial analysis of revenue trends, cost structures, profitability, and margins.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to track KPIs and financial performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to translate data into insights.
• Develop integrated revenue/expense data sources, spreadsheets, reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Support Financial Managerial Reporting and Financial Business Intelligence.

Job Duties

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Ability to process large volume of invoices and payments, while prioritizing competing tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities.
