Job summary

NEXT Supply is seeking a Financial Analyst to enhance decision-making by analyzing financial and operational results and developing reporting that gives management greater visibility into performance. The role supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance measurement, and decision-making.

You will build and maintain financial models, Power BI dashboards, and ad hoc analyses, while contributing to monthly close and year-end processes.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in financial accounting or financial analysis.
CPA certification or near completion is required.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills with ability to translate data into decision-ready information.
Solid knowledge of ASPE and financial accounting.
Experience in distribution industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze monthly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior periods and explain variances.
Prepare management reporting packages, financial and operational dashboards.
Develop and maintain financial models and Power BI dashboards.
Assist with budgets, forecasts, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.
Prepare ad hoc financial and operational analyses for management decisions.
Support month-end close, financial reporting, and selected journal entries.
