We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for analytical precision, strategic reporting, and contract optimization. This role involves analyzing financial, contractual, and operational data, developing budgets, maintaining a contract inventory, and designing dashboards to support decision-making. The position offers an opportunity to blend finance expertise with IT and data visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial, contractual, and operational data for performance, compliance, and value assessment.
• Develop and justify budgets at various levels in collaboration with program teams.
• Maintain a comprehensive contract inventory and perform spend and cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify efficiencies and cost-saving measures through contract review.
• Lead zero-based budgeting reviews with strong expenditure justifications.
• Monitor grant-related data and assess financial impacts.
• Ensure compliance with financial and grant reporting standards.
• Create dashboards and reports for strategic support.
• Update financial policies and contribute to process improvements.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate anomalies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; professional designations (CPA, CFA) are assets.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, especially in zero-based or performance-based environments.
• Expertise in contract cost analysis, spend analysis, and cost allocation.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial software; ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze contractual terms and recommend cost optimizations.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting analysis findings.
• Experience in process documentation and supporting audits.
