Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll play a key role in driving Dialogue’s growth and financial discipline. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that maximize value for our stakeholders. Your analysis will shape critical decisions, helping to fuel new initiatives, boost revenue, enhance efficiency, and manage risks.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with the Senior Director, FP&A to lead the monthly/quarterly forecasts and the annual budget process for board approval.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders on business performance, forecasts, and special projects.
  • Build and maintain financial models, including our 5-year strategic plan.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 1+ years of financial analyst experience.
  • Skilled in accounting, finance, and data analysis.
  • Excel at building relationships and influencing leaders.
  • Ability to turn data into insights.
  • Bilingual in English and French (essential for serving our Canada-wide customers).
  • CFA designation or experience in company valuation/financial statement analysis are assets.

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
