Title: Financial Analyst (Budgeting & Forecasting)

Location: Mississauga, ON | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite/week)

About the Opportunity

We are working with a leading organization in Mississauga to hire a Financial Analyst focused on budgeting and forecasting. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, hands-on systems experience, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to key financial planning and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting
• Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights on performance
• Consolidate financial data across business units to support planning
• Build and maintain dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and analyze data
• ️ Leverage Dynamics 365 to extract and reconcile financial information
• Support financial modeling and scenario planning
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in reporting
• ️ Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• ️ Working knowledge of MicroStrategy and Dynamics 365
• ️ Experience working with large and complex datasets
• ️ Actively pursuing a designation (CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent)
• ️ Advanced Excel skills; modeling experience is a plus
• ️ Strong communication and analytical thinking
• Work with a reputable and supportive finance team
• Strong possibility of contract extension
• Hybrid flexibility (2–3 days in-office in Mississauga)
• High-impact role with exposure to strategic projects
