Job Description

• Conduct analysis and reporting for aftermarket spares performance.
• Partner with program teams to develop long-term, annual, and monthly forecasts for the Aftermarket Spares value stream, down to the EBIT level.
• Deliver status updates on active programs during monthly leadership reviews, emphasizing plan gaps, estimates, risk mitigation, and financial opportunities.
• Project Aftermarket Spares inventory, working closely with the program team to integrate relevant data and enhance forecast accuracy.
• Handle month-end responsibilities, including journal entries, financial review packages, gap analysis, various reports, and account reconciliations.
• Address ad hoc requests for financial data to support decision-making or perform necessary financial adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, develop standard work procedures, and support SOX testing.
• Train new program finance team members and assist with the transition of financial tasks.
