We are looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A to support the operations budgeting process from initial planning to analysis at month-end close. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, you will be part of guiding major decisions and gaining insights into all business areas of HelloFresh. As part of the Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders on the financial development of our business.
Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Contribute to month-end close, ensuring processes are in place for accurate and timely reporting of all operational expenses on a weekly/monthly basis, with attention to variances.
- Manage Ops reporting: consolidate and upload costs weekly, set up and lead performance review meetings with relevant packages.
- Support the budgeting submission process to headquarters in Berlin, including structuring processes, compiling and questioning inputs, and developing forecasting models.
- Analyze new initiatives, such as contribution margin analysis of new products.
- Serve as the finance business partner for operations.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for
- Approximately 2 years of FP&A experience with a strong analytical mindset, enjoying problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Working towards a CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling software such as Workday Adaptive.
- Strong project management skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to drive projects to completion.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated prioritization skills and the ability to work autonomously.
