Position: Financial Analyst

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $60,000 - $80.000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Industry: Manufacturing / Food / Accounting / Finance

Employment Term: Full-time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver insightful financial analysis and support budget and forecast processes.
• Partnering with different departments and teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field
• Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or MBA) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
