We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making. You will analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics to assess financial and operational performance.
- Evaluate financial and operational results, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to management and stakeholders based on financial data analysis, market trends and risk factors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Conducts complex financial analysis and scenario modeling, including research, design, and implementation of reporting tools and applications.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the optimization of financial reporting systems and workflows.
- Aid management in collecting and consolidating relevant data for decision-making, month-end, or budget requirements.
- Investigate financial discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial planning and data modelling software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
