Employment Status: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week. This location is open Monday to Saturday with extended hours on Thursday and Friday. Candidates must be available to work varied shifts within branch hours.

We are growing! Currently, we are seeking a Full-time Financial Advisor at our Seton Branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main goal is to foster long-term relationships with members, build trust, and deliver tailored financial solutions that enhance their financial health.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying opportunities to match members with suitable products and solutions to improve their financial fitness
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and referral goals
• Participating in business development initiatives through marketing campaigns
• Communicating effectively to understand members' immediate needs
• Maintaining knowledge of our current investment and retail banking services (e.g., mutual funds, credits, loans, investments)
• Promoting referrals to Wealth Management, Business Banking, and third-party providers
• Staying informed about local market trends, competitive offers, and economic developments
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks
• Providing exceptional member service following Servus' best practices
• Fostering a positive team environment and community presence

Qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in retail banking or related financial services, preferably in sales or customer service, and a high school diploma.

Preferred additional education and certifications include:

• Post-secondary studies in Finance or related fields
• Investment Funds in Canada Course & License (IFIC)
• Personal Financial Service Advice (PFSA)
• Financial Planning I (FP1)
