• This is a non-salaried, independent contractor role designed for advisors wanting to manage their own practice.
• Ideal for those transitioning from captive firms or banks seeking independence.
• Maintain 3-5 years of experience as a licensed Advisor in financial planning or investment advising.
• Build strong client relationships and prioritize client success.
• Stay current with industry credentials; active CFP and/or CIM designations are preferred.
• Sales or teaching experience is advantageous.
