Are you a practice-trained accountant with industry experience looking for the best of both worlds? Join a dynamic, client-facing outsourcing team at a Top 20 practice in the heart of Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of outsourced finance clients across Ireland, the UK, and Northern Ireland.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients — providing advisory support, managing deliverables, and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Oversee and review monthly management accounts, VAT returns, year-end financial statements, and compliance.
• Lead client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing operational delivery.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, client meetings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth and success of the outsourcing division.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with a practice background.
• Prior industry experience in a finance manager, financial accountant, or similar role.
• Experienced at Manager or Senior Manager level within practice or outsourcing.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to liaise directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model with time split between Dublin City Centre and remote work.
