Overview

This role involves assisting in the development and execution of a comprehensive finance transformation plan aligned with the KDN strategic roadmap. The successful candidate will collaborate with the finance team to establish policies and processes, evaluate and implement new technologies, and support organizational change management to ensure adoption of new systems and processes. They will also be responsible for establishing KPIs, reporting on progress to the transformation workstream lead, and collaborating with senior leadership to align initiatives with business objectives.

What you will do
  • Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive finance transformation plan in line with the KDN strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to set up finance and accounting policies and processes to ensure an adequate control environment for KDN entities.
  • Assist with the evaluation and implementation of finance technologies and automation tools to improve financial and management reporting and analysis.
  • Support organizational change management to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies within the finance team and across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align finance transformation initiatives with business objectives.
  • Assist with establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives and report on progress to executive management.
  • Report on the progress of all finance transformation activities to the overall KDN Transformation Lead.
What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) highly preferred.
  • Progressive experience in finance, with a focus on transformation, process improvement, or project management within a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex finance transformation projects, resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of finance technologies, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve complex financial issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
