The KPMG Delivery Network Talent Manager is a strategic role focused on driving talent management initiatives within the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN). This individual will play a key role in shaping the future of talent within KDN by:

Developing and Implementing a Career Architecture, Executing the Talent Management Strategy and Building Strong Relationships

This is a fast-paced, international role that requires strong project management skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with a globally dispersed team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of talent management principles and a passion for driving positive change within the organization.


What you will do

  • Project team management: Lead a medium to large project team; defines the project vision and communicates the outcomes needed along with guidance to achieve outcome, coordinates team actions on project activities; coordinates flow of additional team members on and off the team as needed; and works to build the capability of the team through training, coaching and mentoring.
  • Document preparation: Write and edit material for various target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience.
  • Performance and Talent Management: Contribute to the design and delivery of Performance and Talent Management policies and processes; draft elements of the technical design; facilitate implementation workshops; and collect and analyze data to support the development and review of policies and processes.
  • Interdisciplinary Relationship Management: Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with colleagues across disciplines, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
  • Organizational design: Contribute to specialist research and analysis to support evaluation of the current state organization, development and evaluation of future state organizational design propositions, and identification of the costs and business benefits of change.

What you bring to the role

  • Demonstrated interest and experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Management principles and practices.
    Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-border and virtually, and deliver results on time and within budget
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and KPMG member firm contacts, while balancing competing priorities
  • Experience working in a complex international, cross-cultural environment, ideally gained in professional services. This includes a strong understanding of global business practices and cultural sensitivities
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity, demonstrating the ability to find creative solutions and navigate challenging situations
  • Ability to condense large amounts of information or data into succinct findings and key messages, effectively communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • The ability to prioritize, adapt, and work to tight deadlines is crucial in this fast-paced, international role
