• 4+ years of consulting or industry experience in Utilities or related sectors.
• 4+ years of finance transformation or finance process design.
• Experience in FP&A, P2P, O2C, or R2R processes.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Willingness to travel.
• English proficiency for cross-country stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support Utilities clients in finance transformation through strategy and operating model design.
• Analyze client challenges and apply leading practices to improve efficiency and decisions.
• Contribute to workstreams like process redesign and business case development.
• Support SAP-based planning, reporting, analytics implementations.
• Translate business requirements into practical finance and tech recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables, analyses, and workshop materials.
• Build relationships with stakeholders through collaboration and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tech, Data & AI, and Operations teams.
• Research industry trends to support engagements.
• Contribute to proposals and client presentations.
• Develop expertise in digital finance, analytics, AI, and CFO agenda.
