Job summary

Accenture PLC is actively seeking a seasoned consultant to advance finance transformation for Utilities clients in North America. The role emphasizes redesigning processes, implementing planning and reporting capabilities, and delivering data-driven insights across finance and technology domains.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into practical solutions, and contribute to business development through proposals and client interactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting or industry experience in Utilities, Energy, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, or Infrastructure sectors.
• 4+ years of finance transformation, finance process design, management consulting, or related experience.
• Experience in FP&A, P2P, O2C, or R2R processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma related to business services.

Responsibilities

• Support Utilities clients in modernizing their finance organizations through transformation strategies and operating model design.
• Analyze client challenges and apply finance transformation leading practices to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Contribute to finance transformation workstreams including process redesign and operating model improvements.
• Support SAP-based planning, reporting, and analytics implementations and optimizations.
• Gather requirements and translate them into practical finance and technology recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables, analyses, and workshop materials.
• Build trusted client relationships through collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, Data & AI, and Operations.
• Research industry trends and 신 / emerging technologies to support engagements.
• Contribute to business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
