Job summary

Husky Technologies TM is seeking a Finance PMO leader to drive the successful execution of Finance's strategic priorities and transformation initiatives. This role coordinates across Finance and the business, ensuring priorities are defined, resources allocated, milestones achieved, and outcomes delivered.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to partner with senior leadership and drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent designation is an asset.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Finance Transformation, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Finance PMO framework, including governance, prioritization, project planning, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Maintain a consolidated view of Finance initiatives, priorities, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and expected benefits.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and execution plans.
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Facilitate regular portfolio reviews with Finance leadership and key business stakeholders.
• Ensure projects have clear objectives, accountable owners, milestones, deliverables, and success measures.
• Identify competing priorities and resource constraints and support leadership in making trade-off decisions.
• Lead or coordinate Finance transformation initiatives focused on improving processes, systems, data, controls, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support cross-functional collaboration, governance, and change-management throughout initiatives.
