Job summary

Ingaged Creative Productions Inc. seeks a Finance Operations Associate to build project budgets, calculate settlements, and manage inventory/work-in-progress within a growing finance function in Thunder Bay. You will collaborate with the Director of Finance to ensure accurate financial interpretation and timely reporting for Indigenous community events and partnerships.

The role emphasizes analysis, variance explanations, and strong documentation, with in-office duties at 610 Simpson Street.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in project accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, bookkeeping, or related finance function.
• Postsecondary diploma/degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with accounting software and reporting through project cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build working budgets for projects/events from quotes/contracts/scope changes and forecast remaining costs.
• Prepare settlement statements under venue and partner agreements and allocate commissions.
• Maintain inventory and work-in-progress listings and support asset reconciliations with the Bookkeeper.
