Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking a Manager, Finance – TFC to lead strategic financial activities for Toronto FC, Toronto FC II, TFC Academy, and BMO Training Grounds. You will drive month-end close, planning, reporting, and business partnering while coordinating with MLSE Finance and MLS finance teams.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews, and cash management, ensuring accurate league and internal reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance experience in accounting, FP&A, or business partnering.
• Bachelor of Business degree required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; strong Oracle/Hyperion/SmartView knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting for TFC, TFC II, and Academy units.
• Prepare variance analyses, dashboards, and P&L reporting for stakeholders.
• Manage MLS league reporting, ticketing projections, and stadium settlements.
• Support audits and annual external audit activities with internal teams.
• Mentor and guide TFC leadership and cross-functional partners.
