Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with various National Instruments that apply to Crypto Trading Platforms.
• Knowledge of CIRO monthly/quarterly requirements and best practices.
• Familiarity with finance, regulatory, and governance challenges related to digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance efforts aligning to Canada’s Securities regulations and compliance.
• Prepare Crypto.com Canada for CIRO membership and update finance policies.
• Provide ongoing updates regarding the overall compliance program to management.
