Position Overview

As a Finance Manager, you will lead the financial and insurance processes for our sales department. You will work directly with customers to provide customized financing options, extended service plans, and protection products tailored to their needs. We are looking for an ambitious, ethical professional who thrives in a volume dealership and excels at building strong relationships with both lenders and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Financial Services: Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and financing process, explaining financing, lease, and insurance options clearly and transparently.
• Product Sales: Present and sell aftermarket products, extended warranties, and vehicle protection packages to maximize profit per unit while meeting customer needs.
• Lender Relations: Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders to secure competitive rates, fast approvals, and favorable terms for all credit profiles.
• Deal Processing: Complete all legal, financial, and registration documentation accurately and efficiently while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales management team to facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) in a high-volume franchised dealership preferred.
• Licensing: Valid VSA / AMVIC license (or applicable provincial licensing) and a clean driver's license.
• System Knowledge: Proficiency with dealership management systems such as PBS and Dealertrack.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
