Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA/CA/CMA/CGA) preferred; candidates in the process of getting the designation are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in nonprofit, charitable, or public sector environment preferred.
• Experience managing grants, restricted funding, and funder reporting is highly desirable.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Understanding nonprofit financial management and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring sound financial management practices, compliance with applicable regulations and funding requirements, and timely reporting to support organizational decision‑making.
