Key Responsibilities

• Manage consolidation and compilation of the overall business P&L, including full cycle accounting processes like invoicing, collections, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Analyze monthly results to provide insights into variances, KPIs, AR risk, MRR, and trends. Conduct monthly financial review calls with management.
• Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to develop strategic plans and forecasts, including sales, IT, and departmental OPEX forecasting.
• Oversee AR management to minimize collection risks, including weekly calls and escalation of troubled accounts.
• Support the GM and management team in preparing for quarterly strategic reviews and participate actively.
• Participate in monthly management calls providing financial insights and strategic advice.
• Supervise a team of 5 offshore staff accountants, providing coaching and feedback.
• Handle ad hoc projects as requested by senior management.

Technical and Educational Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, CPA or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience, including 7 years in accounting compliance and controllership, and 3 years in F&A.
• Experience managing offshore teams.
• Ability to prioritize in a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP / EPM systems like Great Plains, Microsoft F&O, OneStream is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial operations in the software / IT sector, with a good grasp of IFRS accounting guidelines.
