Job summary

Huron Canada is seeking a Finance Lead to bring deep finance business acumen to Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM implementations for manufacturing and automotive clients. This is a Lead role, working with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams on-site in the Toronto area.

You will lead finance process design, close, cost accounting, and reporting, shaping future-state design and ensuring alignment with supply chain and manufacturing leads.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation skills for design workshops with finance executives and SMEs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to build durable client relationships and serve as trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead client business process reviews across financial close, cost accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Own functional requirements for the finance workstream and translate needs into design.
• Facilitate design sessions with finance stakeholders to confirm requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing leads on cross-functional impact.
