Job summary

Huron Canada is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain implementations for manufacturing clients from a Toronto site, with travel as needed. The role emphasizes program leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement rather than hands-on coding.

You will coordinate global teams across Canada, the United States, and delivery centers, drive on-time and on-budget delivery, and apply PMI-aligned practices while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate

Qualifications

Canadian citizenship required for this client engagement.
Willingness to work from the client site in the Toronto, Ontario area, with travel as the engagement requires.
8+ years of project management experience owning overall delivery on Tier-1 ERP implementations.
Demonstrated experience delivering ERP projects in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage multinational, cross-time-zone project teams, including onshore and offshore delivery resources.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and governance (PMI, PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
Strong executive presence, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of a client organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to steering committees and senior client leadership.

Responsibilities

Own overall client and project success on Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations, from planning through go-live and hyper-care.
Plan and govern with integrated project plans, resourcing, RAID logs, and PMI-aligned reporting.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and resolve issues before milestones.
Direct and coordinate functional and technical workstream leads, translating progress for leadership.
Run steering committee and executive status reporting, translating progress into business terms.
Incorporate AI-assisted delivery tools to accelerate configuration, testing, data migration, and documentation.
Lead multinational teams across Canada, the United States, and global delivery centers.
Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, process owners, and plant leadership.
Apply business acumen to align D365 design with manufacturing operations and financial close.
Enforce quality discipline across configuration, testing, cutover, and documentation.
Demonstrate ownership and initiative in addressing gaps.
