Bell is seeking a Finance CPA Graduate for a 24-month rotational program in Canada, offering exposure to multiple finance functions, mentorship, and CPA-prerequisite experience. You will rotate through Internal Audit, Tax, and External Reporting to build a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and controls.

You must have a bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting/economics, a strong academic record, and eligibility for full-time employment by September 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong academic record with a minimum B+ average in core courses.

Aufgaben

• Complete a 24-month rotational program designed to support CPA practical experience requirements.
• Undertake rotations within Internal Audit & Risk Advisory, Financial Close Controllers, Tax, Finance Operations, or External Reporting & Consolidations.
• Contribute to financial reporting, analysis, controls, audit, compliance, and operational finance activities.
• Support business initiatives and transformation projects through financial insights and recommendations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance and business partners to improve processes and drive business outcomes.
