Job summary

Bell is launching a Finance Graduate program in Canada with rotational assignments across its Finance organization. You will gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis, while building strong business acumen and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new systems, technologies, and digital tools quickly, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail, with a high standard for accuracy and quality.
• Ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience identifying trends, insights, and opportunities from complex datasets.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar platforms is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Complete two to three rotations across Bell's Finance organization.

What You'll Do

Education & Eligibility

• You have completed a bachelor’s degree before the program start date in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with working knowledge of accounting principles
• You must be eligible for full-time employment by September 2027
• You must demonstrate a good balance of high academic achievement and extracurricular involvement
• A minimum grade of B+ in core courses
