North Eastern Ontario Family and Children's Services is seeking a Finance Clerk for a 14-month full-time contract. The role handles a range of moderately complex accounting tasks, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and travel reimbursement.

The successful candidate will be cross-trained to provide backup to other Finance Clerks, ensuring reliable financial processes across locations.

Formación

• College diploma in accounting with at least two years of accounting experience.
• College diploma in office administration with accounting experience considered.
• Experience with computerized accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and complete a range of moderately complex accounting transactions.
• Handle payroll duties and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
• Manage purchasing and travel-related duties.
• Cross-trained to provide full backup to other Finance Clerks.
