Overview

As the Finance Business Partner to the Global Marketing, Rev Ops, and Data Strategy teams, this individual contributor role involves managing finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis of expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, utilizing SAP and other financial systems.
• Complete monthly close processes and results reporting, analyzing performance against plans and prior periods.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review presentations for executive leaders, engaging directly with C-level executives and VPs, and effectively communicating complex data and ideas.
• Develop and monitor annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts, advising management on risks and opportunities.
• Enhance efficiency through process automation.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and generate reports as needed.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• MBA or CPA designation preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or related financial roles.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience building complex financial models.
• Ability to work with large data sets and simplify information for decision-making.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across functions.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience acting as a business partner to senior leadership, especially in marketing or sales contexts.
