Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations that support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, delivering accurate financial models, variance analysis, and actionable reporting to drive business performance.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while supporting the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present recommendations to improve profitability, cost management, and overall financial performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and other business units to evaluate investments, pricing, and business initiatives through financial analysis and business case development.
• Drive continuous process improvements by enhancing financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of FP&A and accounting processes.
