Job description

We are looking for a financial analyst to join the North America team sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing On-Road vehicle revenues and sales incentives for month-end, quarterly, and forecast results. You will work closely with various teams to support and ensure the financial profitability of sales program strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and influence North American business leaders in preparing the cost of sales programs, discounts, and commercial policies.
• Participate in and prepare the annual budget, monthly financial statements, and forecasts.
• Analyze variances (P&L) against financial forecasts and explain efficiency.
• Examine balance sheet accounts for sales incentives and prepare cash flow reports to assess financial performance and stability.
• Evaluate and influence strategies for upcoming retail programs of On-road product lines.
• Ensure data accuracy and SOX compliance for sales programs provisioning processes.
• Work on lean strategies and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong skills in Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or TM1.
• Adaptability, independence, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
