Role Purpose

The Finance Analyst supports the finance function in the preparation & support of financial information & analysis.

Responsibilities

1. Provide relevant & accurate information to support commercial decisions
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting, forecasts & annual budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insight
3. Work with finance colleagues to monitor revenue & pipeline forecasts
4. Assist in the development of client profitability analysis
5. Monitor key cost drivers by capability & type of spend
6. Review market information to support financial insight
7. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis on project work

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling and presentation skills are a plus.
4. Familiarity with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Accountability) is preferred.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collegiately with finance colleagues & business customers.
