Finni Health, a rapidly growing company (400% growth, approaching profitability, backed by General Catalyst), is seeking a Finance Analyst to drive operational excellence and support our scaling efforts. We're revolutionizing ABA clinics by helping providers grow their businesses while delivering top-tier patient care.
About The Role
As a Finance Analyst, you will be instrumental in building our financial foundation, optimizing operations, and implementing data-driven strategies. This high-visibility role involves working directly with leadership, contributing to strategic projects, and providing valuable insights in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You'll gain first-hand experience in finance and business operations, with ample opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations & Accounting: Manage payroll, accounts payable, and support month/quarter/year-end closing processes. Assist with corporate operating model updates, taxes and audits.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyze financial statements, develop performance dashboards and models, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support business planning.
- Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement: Establish and refine finance processes, identify cost-reduction opportunities, manage vendor relationships, and provide cross-functional project support.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Adaptability: Proactively partner with and provide financial support to cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Sales, Revenue Cycle Management, Provider Success) on high-impact projects and company-wide initiatives.This includes flexibly handling unique financial requests and adapting to evolving business needs.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, P&L management, or a similar role.
- Excellent financial modeling, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, proactive, and high agency.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and 3 statement modeling.
- Bonus Points for 2+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, Big4, or a fast-growing early-stage startup (Seed - Series C).
