Fredericton Playhouse Inc. | Hawkes Centre for the Arts in Fredericton, NB, is hiring a Finance & Administration Manager to oversee accounting, payroll, budgeting, and regulatory filings.

You will support financial stewardship and administrative operations during a major organizational transition. The role reports to the Executive Director and aligns with live performances, arts education, and community engagement.

Formación

• Diploma, certificate, or degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA is an asset.
• Several years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, or related field.
• Non-profit sector experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, ADP Workforce Now, and advanced spreadsheet applications.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations, and financial record management.
• Payroll, benefits, pension administration, and employee record management.
• Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
• Government remittances and regulatory filings.
• Financial administration related to ticketing, rentals, grants, artist contracts, and organizational operations.
