Job summary

Canadian Tire Stores is seeking a Fill Crew Associate to move merchandise from the warehouse to the sales floor efficiently. The role involves handling products ranging from light to heavy throughout the shift.

The position offers an amazing team, ongoing training, scholarship opportunities, profit-sharing (conditions apply), and employee discounts. Work hours are 5:00am–1:30pm daily, Monday through Sunday, with a strong emphasis on safety and community involvement.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift/carry items, use a ladder.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Forklift/skyjack certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise display areas neatly and safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report low stock levels.
• Complete daily paperwork and price labels as needed.
• Ensure retail tasks are executed efficiently (stocking, labeling, facing, cleaning).
• Organize warehouse as needed and dispose garbage/cardboard.
• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner.
• Ensure Health and Safety regulations compliance.
