Job summary

Canadian Tire is seeking a Fill Crew Associate to move products from the warehouse to the sales floor in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will help stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain inventory accuracy. Training is provided, and shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays).
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt, solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift/skyjack certification (asset).

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise display areas neatly and safely.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and report low stock levels.
• Complete necessary paperwork daily.
• Ensure retail tasks are executed efficiently (stocking, labels, facing, clean area).
• Place product and overstock in appropriate locations.
• Report stolen and damaged goods to Management.
• Assist in pricing and verifying price labels.
• Assist in organizing warehouse as needed.
• Dispose garbage and cardboard.
• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
