Job summary

PD Canada LP is seeking a Field Trainer to deliver and facilitate field training for personnel on-site across Canada. You will develop and deliver job-specific content, mentor trainees, and ensure safety standards are applied in all training activities.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage classroom environments, and collaboration with third-party providers to maintain high-quality courses. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required.

• Operate rig training equipment (drilling experience preferred).
• Collaborate with other trainers to update and improve course content.
• Partner with 3rd-party training providers to ensure high-quality course offerings.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Support field and shop locations across Canada, with travel up to 20%.
