SLB is seeking a motivated, hands‑on, and safety‑focused individual to join our Artificial Lift team as a Field Engineer Trainee based in Edmonton, Alberta. In this field‑based role, you will support the installation, retrieval, start‑up, and troubleshooting of Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) systems at customer locations across Western Canada. Working alongside experienced field personnel, customers, and rig crews, you will gain practical experience in artificial lift operations while applying engineering principles to support safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving technical challenges, and combining engineering knowledge with hands‑on field operations.
