Job summary

Activo is seeking a Telecommunications Technician Contractor – I & R in the Calgary region to support mass-market installation and repair. You will focus on driving incremental sales opportunities during customer installs while delivering high-quality service and completing installations of TV, Phone, and Internet over fibre and copper networks.

This role requires safety awareness, ability to work across days, evenings, weekends, and overtime, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Focus on incremental Sales Opportunities during the customer install phase
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and high-quality installations
• Install and repair support for Phones, Internet, and TVs over fibre/copper networks
• Understand blueprints, drawings, RF diagrams to complete jobs
