Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control, timely construction, and completion of homes
• Perform general labour duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, lifting, and digging
• Perform basic carpentry and other tasks as required, to assist with the timely completion of homes
• Complete quality control standards by completing checklists on a timely basis
• Provide support to the warranty team when required
• Maintain and enforce site cleanliness with trade partners
• Adhere to and enforce the company’s safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements

• Experience in the residential home building industry (considered an asset)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal truck for work purposes (allowance provided)
• Driven, focused, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and operate efficiently
