Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field technical service representative, a field service agent. No experience required, and training will be provided to support customers.

You’ll deliver, install and repair the latest tech in customers’ homes, and help them determine their technology needs while responding to questions. You’ll also help keep vehicles and equipment maintained and create an amazing customer experience with your dedication to service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is beneficial.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
