Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring immediately for a field technical service representative, called a field service agent, to deliver, install and repair technology in customers’ homes in Victoria. Training will be provided to support customers with confidence.

Join our retail team to grow your career with hands-on service, flexible schedules, and a supportive leadership team. This role centers on customer satisfaction and professional technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay range
