Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field technical service representative (field service agent) to perform home delivery, installation and repair of tech and to help customers select the right solutions. Training will be provided for those new to the role.

You’ll join a retail team that values customer experience, reliability and professional service, with opportunities for growth as you support customers in their homes.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Have a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations.

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $17.60 - $20.21
