Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field service agent to perform delivery, installation, and repair of technology in customers’ homes. You’ll assess customer needs and answer questions, ensuring equipment and vehicles are well maintained and providing outstanding service.

No prior experience is required; we’ll train you to become proficient in handling a variety of tech products and solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
