Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field technical service representative, also called a field service agent. No experience required; training is provided to help you assist customers and grow your career with our retail team.

As part of the field service team, you will deliver, install and repair tech in customers’ homes, help customers select products, keep equipment in good condition, and deliver an outstanding customer experience with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
