Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field technical service representative in Langley, BC. You’ll provide delivery, installation and repair of tech in customers’ homes, and help them choose the right solutions while delivering an exceptional experience.

No experience required—training provided. You’ll join a friendly retail team that values service, safety, and professionalism, with opportunities to grow and certify in new skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain tech concepts in simple terms.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on the job.
• Comfort with driving and home visits.

What we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $18.25 - $21.45
