Best Buy Canada is hiring a Field Service Agent to deliver, install and repair technology in customers' homes. You will assess customer needs, answer questions, and ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a flexible schedule. Training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills for field service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments.
