Job summary

De Lacy Executive Limited is seeking a Field Service Representative to support dealers in Quebec. You will prevent and resolve after-sales service issues for our products across an assigned region.

Responsibilities include resolving customer needs with urgency, understanding product lines, training dealer personnel, and assisting with sales goals in partnership with the Territory Manager. Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Agricultural Mechanics or Agricultural Engineering Technology.
• Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, welding and torch cutting.
• Must be bilingual in French and English.

Desired Profile

• Valid drivers license
• Must be bilingual, French and English with the ability to assist dealers and customers in both languages
